Please pre-register for children to ensure we have enough containers for everyone! 
 
This product will add the $10 pre-registration fee to your cart to register 1 child, ages 3 and up accompanied by a parent. If you plan to bring more than one child, that number should correspond with the number of pre-registration fees in your cart. Example: 2 children, two pre-registrations in your cart = $20.  Each child will select from herbs, vegetable and/or flower starter plants, up to 5, to plant with the Bee Courageous, Allegheny Greenhouse senior citizen volunteers and Penn Soil staff in a cute planter for Mom for Mother's Day!  This is open to the first 50 children registered. We are also lining up extra activities to coincide with the container workshop.
 
The doors will open at the Allegheny Valley Veterans Center, 100 N. Main St., Clarendon, PA at 9 am for the container workshop and run until noon. No need to register for a certain time, just show up allowing enough time for your child/ren to complete their project. 
 
There will also be hanging baskets available for sale to the participants of the children's workshop and the general public. The doors at the Allegheny Valley Veterans Center will be open for the hanging basket sales until 1 pm. Cash, check or card will be accepted.
 
You may need to select the "Local Pickup-no shipping cost" option when completing your sale transaction so you're not charged shipping. You will automatically receive an email receipt for your purchase when you checkout.
 
This is the first fundraising event for Bee Courageous and the Allegheny Greenhouse senior citizens for the joint effort of building new greenhouses at the Rouse Estates for the two groups to jointly run and benefit the residents of the Rouse Estates and surrounding community!
